Old Business:
Personnel: Mo informed us that on Apr. 24 there will be a raffle basket in memory of Michael at a fundraiser held at Exit 18 McDonald’s. For each pair of eclipse glasses turned in a book will be donated to the library in his memory.
Strategic Plan:
Solar component: Apex Solar is not willing to set up a solar component to the WIFI shelter as it is too small a job. Franklin will check with New Leaf Solar and Mo will check with Speed Control Radar Signs to see if they will do the job.
Signage: A permanent sign for the front of the shelter and a plaque thanking our donors is being looked into.
Trustee Training: Reminder to Board members to check the SALS website for training opportunities. Give information to Becky as soon as training is completed.
Rockwell Falls Library: Reopened in March and are ready to help with Farm 2 Library pick-ups whenever we restart that program.
New Business:
Adjournment: The motion was made by Cathy and seconded by Catherine with all in favor to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 PM.
