The meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM.
Members present: Franklin Bennek, Cathy Lozier, Mo Kelly, Kari Turcotte, Brittney Campbell, and Librarian Rebecca Fasulo

- Terms renewed: Rose Farr
- Terms unfilled: 1 vacant position
Nominations for Officers:
- President: Rose Farr
- Vice President: Mo Kelly
- Treasurer: Cathy Lozier
- Secretary: Jane Pingelski
- Financial Committee: Cathy Lozier
- CFL Birthday Committee: Kari Turcotte, Mo Kelly
Motion to accept the Slate of Officers : Mo
Seconded by: Cathy
Motion was carried with all in favor.
Proposed Dates for 2025 Board of Trustee Meetings: January 5, February date to be determined, April 6, July 6, October 5, December 7
Adjournment: Cathy moved, Franklin seconded, and all were in favor of adjourning the meeting at 7:12 PM.
