Motion to accept the Slate of Officers : Lloyd Murdoch, seconded by Franklin Bennek. Motion was carried with all in favor.
Dates for 2018 Board of Trustee Meetings: January 6, April 6, July 6, October 5, and December 7.
Adjournment: Cathy Lozier moved, Catherine Bailey seconded, and all were in favor of adjourning the meeting at 7:13 PM.
