President Franklin Bennek called the meeting to order at 7:08 PM.
Members present: Jane Pingelski, Cathy Lozier, Franklin Bennek, Mo Kelly, Rose Farr, and Library Director, Becky Fasulo.
New Business: A special meeting was called by Library Director Rebecca Fasulo for the purpose of reviewing and accepting the Annual Report. Library Director, Rebecca Fasulo, summarized the data, noting that numbers are bouncing back since the effects of covid in 2020.
RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Corinth Free Library to accept the State Annual Report as presented.

Motion carried with all in favor.
Other Business: Job was posted for the Children’s Services position. There have been 2 applicants so far. $865 has been donated in memory of Michael.
