February

On Saturday February 10 the Corinth Free Library will be celebrating Take Your Child To the Library Day.  Introduce your children to the wonders to be found at the library.  We will have a special story hour at 10:30am.  There will also be drop-in fun – take a blank bookmark and make it your own, play a board game or put together a floor puzzle.  The event takes place at the library – 89 Main St, Corinth from 11am-3pm.  Take Your Child to the Library Day is a free, fun, family-friendly event endorsed by the Association for Library Service to Children (a division of the American Library Association), Reach Out and Read, and Read to Grow. For more information, visit www.takeyourchildtothelibrary.org.

Beat Cabin Fever by coming to our Board Game group in February.  The library provides a large variety of games.  Bring your friends and beat the winter blues.  We play at the Corinth Free Library on Thursday afternoons from after school until 5pm.  Yes we still have board games during the week of school break!

The Corinth Free Library will be closed on Monday February 19 for Presidents’ Day.

Monday February 26 at 7pm the Corinth Free Library will hold its monthly Science Monday.  A variety of science-based activities will be available for hands on experimentation.  Program OzoBots, learn circuitry basics with LilBits, practice engineering with Legos, or try our new marble maze.

Story time is now on Saturdays at 10:30am.
