October happenings

October 1:  we will be at the Corinth Middle School Open House…hope to see you there.

Story times in October will be on Friday the 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 at 10:30am and Monday the 20 and 27 at 7pm.

There is a meeting of the Board of Trustees on Monday October 6 at 7pm.

We will be closed on Monday October 13 for Columbus Day.

***We will host a special program on October 14 at 7pm “Things you might not know about Corinth” by Rachel Clothier of the Corinth Museum.

***We will be starting a Sunshine Circle – a positive, friendly discussion group to reflect on and discuss thought-provoking topics.  The group will be facilitated by Sally Goodhart on Tuesdays at 3:30 starting October 14 and is open to teens and adults.  Join us!

***The projected start of our repair/ re-construction project is October 9.  During this time our front steps will be replaced and a roof added to the entryway.  While the work is in progress we will be open, however you must use the back door during that time.

Book & Bake Sale!

Our sale was a big success!  We made $2398.50.  Thanks to all the people who donated books, baked goods and their time and talents to make the day go so smoothly.

 

The Friends of the Corinth Free Library announce that they will hold their annual book and bake sale on Saturday, July 26th from 10am – 3pm on the lawn of the library. A variety of hardcover and paperback books, media, and puzzles will be available for purchase. Also available will be a variety of baked goods. In the event of rain, the sale will be held on Saturday, August 2nd.

Summer Story Time

Don’t forget to join us for Story Time in the Summer. Stories, finger plays, fun activities, and more! Monday evenings at 7pm and Friday mornings at 10:30. Older siblings are always welcome.
