Corinth’s Sesquicentennial

Corinth Town Historian Rachel Clothier of the Corinth Museum will present a program at the Corinth Free Library on Tuesday October 24 at 7pm.  This slide presentation will highlight the Sesquicentennial celebration that took place in the Town of Corinth in 1968.  Mrs. Clothier’s presentations are always very informative and entertaining.

This program is free and open to the public.   For more information, contact the Corinth Free Library by stopping in at 89 Main St. or calling 654-6913.

The Corinth Free Library will close early on Friday October 27 to enable staff to attend a training workshop.  On that day the library will be open from 9:30-12:30.

The Corinth Free Library will be closed in the evening on Tuesday October 31.  The hours for that day will be 11am-5pm.

July

Summer hours started July 1 and will run through Labor Day.

The Library will be closed Tuesday July 4 for Independence Day – Happy Birthday, America!

July 8 at 11am – Summer Reader Dance Party on the patio.  (Raindate is July 15 11am)

July 10 at 7pm – Library Board of Trustees meeting.

July 22 at 11am – Summer Reader program – Picturing Music – Picture Books in Song

July 29 from 10-3 – Book & Bake Sale

July 31 at 7pm – Science Monday – join us for science fun and learning.

Story Time is on Friday mornings at 10:30.

May

During the month of May join the conversation on our facebook page or at the library as we ask people what “Reading is…”

May 15th we are closed in the evening to attend SALS annual meeting.  Our hours that day are 11-5 only.

May 16th is the school budget vote, the library has a proposition on the budget.  Don’t forget to vote!  Also, Michael will be at the Elementary Open House that evening – stop and say hi!

May 22nd is Science Night!  Join us at 7pm for fun with science.

May 29th we are closed for Memorial Day.
